Integrated Card Services Quantitative Manager - Acquisition Analysis | PNC | Wilmington, DE

The individual selected will work in the Decision Analytics team
supporting the Integrated Card Strategy (ICS) initiative. This person
manages analytics for credit card acquisitions investment decisioning
and optimization to improve strategies.
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing response and approval models to optimize
acquisition targeting resulting in NPV positive investments
- Develop dynamically driven tools and techniques
that leverage channel, pricing, product construct and depth of bank
relationship
- Creating customer/prospect segmentation
- Forecast expected performance
- Channel analysis - branch, direct mail, call
center, web, other
- Influence through partnership with Risk, Product,
Marketing and Channel partners to ensure we satisfy customers' need
while maintaining the appropriate risk/reward balance.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Analytics
preferably in Financial Services
- Strong SAS, SQL, CHAID, and modeling software
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, verbal and
written communication skills
- Experience identifying trends, implementing
strategic improvement and validating results
- Proven ability to lead change
- Ability to work with all levels of management
across numerous lines of business
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (EXCEL, Access,
VBA,Word, and PowerPoint)
